The error you’ve shared is related to the redirection table on your database which has not been created. You can simply recreate the table by heading over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and by clicking the following button:

This error is not related to any 403 error on your website. Also, Rank Math by default doesn’t have any option to create any 403 error.
