301 redirects

Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

I accessed the URL and I was able to replicate the redirection. Upon testing the URL with https://httpstatus.io/, I found that the redirection is processed by WordPress itself and not Rank Math.

I have deleted the 301 redirect setting that relate to my problem.

Could you confirm which redirect setting you deleted?

I checked other options in the Shop menu and they’re simply the URLs of product pages. Could you confirm if the URL that you’ve shared is of a category and it’s not that you’ve changed the URL of a product page that is redirecting to the new URL?

Also, the sitemaps are returning a 404 error on your website. If you’ve enabled the sitemaps, then please follow the below steps and see if that fixes the issue with sitemaps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
