- Enable the Schema module if it’s not already enabled.
- Then, head over to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Local SEO.
- In the settings, specify that the website is operated by an organization, enter the name of your website, and fill in other relevant details such as the organization name and logo.
- Ensure that you have set the “Unpublish when expired” option to “Yes” and have provided a valid expiry date for any job postings.

Hi there,
The schema was actually already set as “local business” prior to when these errors were flagged in SEMRush as the 18 structured data items being invalid.
I should point out as well our property listings do not expire, we develop properties ongoing but they are not one off property listings as such, rather they are ongoing offerings of property developments and property types available and do not expire i.e. not one off property purchases that once sold expire.
Since I received these errors with local business chosen under the schema, what exactly should it be changed to in order to avoid these errors?
Additionally under these structured data errors on SEMrush when I click on the issue for every URL it states “Field – Address, Issue Description – A value for the address field is required.”. Thanks.

Please note that the business type does not have much impact on your site Ranking. You can even leave it to local business. It is just a basic way of showing what group of businesses or your site can be listed along with.
To fix the issue in the schema, please add the missing address field on your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO.
Please note, that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math.
If the options are not available, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps from our Knowledge Base article to switch to Advanced Mode:
