1 year subscription

  • I purchased a 1 year subscription which was due to expire on the 28th. I did not want it to auto renew so stopped the auto-renew. I paid for a year yet now there are no details, no history of any past purchases of any current subscriptions. Why is this? 1 year is 1 year, not 1 year minus 6 days.

    I logged into my account and then submitted this ticket so I assume your ticketing system took me out of my account? Seems foolish but anyway my email is lionel@happinessfarms.com under the name of randy Phypers.

    merge what accounts? my email address is lionel@happinessfarms.com and we are connected using rank math using our gmail login with happinessfarms@gmail.com. As I said I logged with the same account that rank math uses (happinessfarms@gmail.com) and so not sure where the confusion lies.
