It seems like there might be an issue with the credit count. To resolve this, please make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ to check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits.
If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account in your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. After doing so, refresh the credits count in the Content AI settings so the plugin can request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
