    I opened this account yesterday. I have connected my website to my rank math account. When I try to refresh the credits in Word Press, I get the following message:
    The response is not a valid JSON response.

    I’m not sure why my account shows 0 credits.

    Content AI credits: 0 / 5000 Tracked Keywords: 0 / 0
    Monthly Credits: 5000
    Used Credits: 0
    Credits Reset On: 19 Apr 2024

    I have ensured that my website is connected to the correct account. My website does not update my credits and my RankMath account shows no credits as well.

    Hello,

    You are seeing the correct amount of credits, 0 / 5000 means you haven’t used any of your credits.

    Could you please share the affected website/s where you don’t see or use the credits so we can check on our end?
