Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools, here click on the Delete Internal Links button under Delete Internal Links Data section and see if that fixes the issue.

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

If the issue persists, then Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
