It is recommended to redirect your URLs to the pages that you want the users to find. If you don’t mind users checking out your old URLs, you can leave them be. If you wish for them access only the pages with the new URLs, you can use Rank math redirection module to redirect these to your new post URL. If you want them removed from SERPs completely, you shoud request URL removal in your GSC then set the old URLs to noindex and redirect them to their related new URLs.

Thanks for the reply, should I redirect them one by one or use a regex to match the pattern?
What I have also found out is that you can replace the „/p/„ from example.com/p/product-slug with anything and the url will still work.
Could you have a look at our Shop and see if there are any misconfigurations with Rank Math?

You could create a regex redirection like /(.*)/(.*) but meanwhile, it would work for your products, it would break all the categories, and so on.
The best way would be to create a custom regex for each product you need, for example, let’s say you have this product:
/my-product/
Then you should add:
/(.*)/my-product/
And as target: /my-product/
