Forbidden error message using content al research feature

    Rank Math free

I have been trying to use the research feature on Rank Math Content Al. I had a premium subscription that generates 7500 credits every month. The last few months I have not been able to use the feature on any of my posts. I just recently transferred my hosting site and initially thought that was the problem I was having. I tried it again this month and still unable to get it to function properly. My credits will be refreshed in a day or 2 and I still cannot use them. 3 months of my credits will be wasted.

How would I be able to get this feature to work? When I place the keyword in the box it attempts to search but generates a forbidden error message. This is for every post that I have tried to search keywords for using content al. It is showing that I have 7500 credits. Using the troubleshooting method it tells me to refresh my credits but if I have unused credits they are lost and will not be given back. Is there a way I would be able to be compensated for my lost and unused credits? Also how would I be able to fix this issue? My credits for this month will expire in 2 days.

  • Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us and sorry for the inconvenience you are facing with the Content AI Research feature.

It seems like you are encountering a forbidden error message when trying to use the Content AI Research feature despite having sufficient credits. This issue might be related to the credits not being refreshed properly or a technical glitch.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Rank Math account on your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

If refreshing the credits does not resolve the issue, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting your Rank Math account by following these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    2. Click on the "Disconnect" button and then reconnect your Rank Math account. Here are screenshots for reference:
