Ive done everything that yall told me….still isnt working

    I have already sent a ticket…..yet my account says no tickets. Ive been trying to get this plug in working for 24 hours. I have followed all the links I have been sent and followed all the instructions OVER and OVER again. the light for analytics and search box or whatever it is….never goes green. I have reconnected and disconnected 3 times. Now I come into my account and there is nothing there.

    I really need someone to help me figure this out.
