Hello I saw that my renewal did not passed, and thank God, becuase the plan that I had was too big for me. Now I would like to pay for other plan but the platform does not let me finish.
Also can you please confirm me that the old renewal with the agency plan did not go thorugh?

If you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.
Also, if you are trying to validate data while accessing the website from a different location, you need to force the change of country in the dropdown at the upper right corner of the screen.

Please be aware that the Rank Math support forum for FREE users is open to the public, which means that other users can respond to your ticket. Hello Bhanu, sorry to contact you. I know that you probably are not handling support but It has been very frustrating to change my membership and pay. Fast Spring is a horrible gateway to pay and of course when I contact support AI is in charge… (Horrible customer experience)

Is there a way to do that… Of course not, you need to dig in your documentation trying to figure out how to solve this.
Image 2 – FastSpring does not let you pay. If you want to pay for RANK MAtch the platform says… “”We are sorry but your request could not be accepted. We value your activity and would like to assist you in completing the transaction. Please contact us so that we can assist you.” and ofcourse when you contact support and IA text bot answer you… with the obvious answer.
My credit card is not the problem, how can it be if it was not rejected by the credit card company.
Please do not get me wrong. I love Rank Math is a great tool but the renewal process is a pain for the customer and I am writing to you because it is important for you to be informed on this.

You can’t modify the subscriptions once they expire, and that’s why there are no options to edit or update subscriptions in your FastSpring account. Please share the last four digits of your card so I can check why the payment isn’t going through.
