This usually means your sitemap is being cached on your end. To resolve this please exclude your sitemap URLs from being cached and clear your site cache then do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
You can validate your sitemap here to check if it has any issue before submitting on GSC: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html
If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.

I am using managed wordpress hosting named easywp from Namecheap.com and they use special caching plugins for easywp. i requested to disable it and they did it only for me to test sitemap. you sitemap still not working showing blank page and not updating in google search console.. there is no option in there caching plugins to exclude URL. I have tested a sitemap in https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html what you have given to me. it is ok. but why google is not showing my latest post in my sitemap? Please help… You know I am not a tech guy… so assist me the easyest way to fix the problems.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I have been checking your site, your sitemap does contain your URLs, you can confirm this by viewing the page source of the sitemap page. You can use (CTRL + U).
The issue however is that your sitemap is still being cached. To confirm this I deactivated the sitemap URL and you it loads just fine. In a normal case scenario with the sitemap module deactivated in Rank math dashboard, the sitemap would lead to a page not found.
