I have checked the page source on your author archives and none has been set to no index. Please clear you site cache and then perform these steps:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.

Please check your homepage settings in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage
Or, Settings > General.
Having noindex on sitemap file is fine. It is so your sitemap doesn’t appear in the SERPS.
