Hello,
If i change the Author Base, i get a 404 error when i visit an authorpage url. The URLs are updated, but the page itself does not seem to be found.
If i reset the Author Base value to author, i can just see the pages again and i don’t get a 404 error.
In other words, if i change the default term, the author pages no longer work.How can i fix this? In the box “Sensitive Data” i added two screenshots for clarification.

It is a weird issue, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
