    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    1. Please enable the modules you want to use from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard

    2. Reviews are placed by WooCommerce, not Rank Math.

    3. We just did a UI facelift. Old options will not apply.

    4. Disable the SEO Score from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Others > SEO Score

    5. Please connect Google Search Console at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console. Then, update the cache.

    You lost the count yourself. It is not ideal to answer like this.

    Please create a separate ticket for each issue so we can help you better.

    1. Please enable the modules you want to use from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard (modules are enabled)

    2. Reviews are placed by WooCommerce, not Rank Math. (Good, the placement section disapeared, u can see it in the video, i updated and its the same)

    4. Disable the SEO Score from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Others > SEO Score (The others section disapeared, last option is search console, i tried searching it and when i click SEO Score it will show blank so i cant make the changes)

    I need this fixed asap, i would never imaging such a good rated plugin working so good, and trust me im not stupid i alredy tried many things

    Please enable te Advanced mode from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard

    If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    The user you gave us doesn’t have enough permissions so some settings can not be checked by us (and therefore we are not able to look for the issue). Could you check it?

    Well, I don’t know if it is because we don’t have enough permissions or because your admin dashboard has another URL than the default one but I can’t access to the admin dashboard as you can see in the screencast I added in the Sensitive Data section.
