Hi there – per my previous ticket, i have informed rank math that i have informed my credit card company to unlock the payment to rank math. Your support person mentioned that the system will automatically recharge the renewal on my credit card (please refer to the last ticket) but it didn’t – and now my account has been deactivated. Please advise what is the next step to reactivate my account. THanks.
