    Same problem as last ticket. BTW I did not receive a reply to last ticket.It was submitted more than 1 month ago.
    Getting REALLY frustrated now. This is a massive waste of my time. And money.
    1. Paid for pro subscription.
    2. Every time I come onto my Rank Math account my pro account info is gone. The only option for download is the free version 1.0.101
    3. I have lost count of the number of times I have disconnected, and re-connected, my websites to Rank Math. Today, that will not work to reconnect my Pro account at all.
    4. I am trying to update my PRO RANK MATH through my plugins. I receive the error ‘Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature’

    Please either help me, or give me a refund and I will look elsewhere.
