Missing Pro Account!

    1. I have purchased a Pro Rank Math account. When I went to my profile about an hour ago, I saw my pro account listed under subscriptions, but had NO websites under the website tab. They were all connected last week. So. I read in the knowledge base to disconnect them ALL, and reconnect them. I did this. I refreshed the Rank Math page. Then I logged out, closed the page, and logged back in. Nothing. My pro account is gone from my profile.
    The header in my admin on my websites reads RANK MATH FREE now.

    This is the third time I have had to disconnect and reconnect all my sites. Perhaps someone could explain what I am doing wrong. Or is this an issue on your end. If this continues, I would like my money refunded for my pro licence, and I will either just use the free version, or find another plugin.

    Btw, I did check that my email was consistent on all sites. I was wondering if changing my email address might fix something, but will wait for further instruction.

    2. I noticed it looks like the rank math header (and the icon) is gone from my pages in admin on most of my sites. I could not find out (in knowledge base) how to bring that back. I am using the same 2 themes on all my sites. It seems to be inconsistent which do not show the header.

    3. It looks like my AI credits are gone as well.

    I checked your Rank Math account and although the websites are connected, you don’t seem to have any traces of transactions or any subscription in your account. Can you please let us know if the PRO subscription is tied to a different account? If so, please share the email address you used to purchase the PRO subscription or the receipt from fastspring.com (our payment provider).

    Hello,

    Thank you for providing the email address. We can confirm that the PRO subscription is applied to the email address you provided (moved to the sensitive data section).

    Please log in to that account and you should be able to download the PRO Rank Math version and reconnect the plugin using that account as well.

    If you prefer, we can merge the current account with the PRO subscription this account which you used to create the support.
