This is for my new site so I’m just in the process of getting things set up.
I just logged into my account and can only see the free version to download, the PRO version is not showing up for me.
I’ve definitely purchased the PRO version and uploaded it to my site a few weeks ago.
Am I missing something?

I checked the account associated with the email address you mentioned but there isn’t seem to be any purchase transactions for a PRO subscription.

I’ve sent an email to s******@r*********** with our invoice and realized the account probably ended up being associated with our original site and email:

I’m positive we ordered Rank Math PRO with our new [2] [MOVED TO SENSITIVE DATA SECTION] email address though because we have several emails from you guys into that email account after the purchase we made?!
As long as we get this cleared up I don’t mind which email address we use. We are planning to start releasing content on the new site in the coming weeks and would like to have Rank Math all set as soon as possible.

It seems like the issue with your PRO account is resolved as this account is now showing the PRO badge.
