    How do I fix this? I appear to have successfully connected to Rank Math, but it keeps saying I’m not connected, and it’s giving me this error when I attempt to update – Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Could you please try uploading the plugin with the FTP, Cpanel, or your web hosting file manager?

    You can download the latest version of the PRO plugin from here:

    Then upload the plugin file and extract it inside wp-content/plugins/ folder:

    I am not able to access the Pro update in my account, as it’s a free account. However, my developer has the Pro account and he has my website legitimately using his Pro account.
