The permalink structure on your website is set to plain which is why it is not getting changed with Rank Math.
To change the slugs, you need to set the permalink structure to Post name at WordPress settings > Permalinks
Please note that changing the permalinks on a live, indexed, and established site may result in a serious loss of traffic.
