    Could you please get in touch with your web host and check if something is blocking the WordPress API REST? Please also ask them to check the Firewall Settings and whitelist the updateMetarule.

    I’ve tried logging into your site, but it seems that we’re getting blocked by your security firewall/restrictions from your web host.

    If you are using geo-blocking, please temporarily unblock the country Portugal, India, and the Philippines so we can check the page as well.

    I was able to access your admin dashboard. Thank you.

    I tried to replicate the issue and I was able to encounter a 500 error which is the same issue as the other ticket you shared.

    I would like to conduct a plugin/theme conflict troubleshooting by following this guide but the plugin “Health Check & Troubleshooting” doesn’t seem to be working on your website. I can’t enable or disable the plugins selectively.

    Please try to follow the guide I shared and see if you can narrow down the cause of the issue.
