Sure, you can add that via WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO.
Once you are done with the settings, grab the shortcode and use it in your static homepage.

It is adding the blank space because it is trying to add the map but the script for that is not available (due to unavailability of Maps API perhaps).
You can remove that blank space by using this in your style.css file:
.rank-math-contact-section.rank-math-contact-map {
display:none;
}
Have you tried adding Local SEO information to your contact/about page using the provided option?

Rank Math plugin is not printing data on the Thrive Architect Landing page. It’s an issue, and our Development team has already addressed it. You will see this fix in the next update of the plugin.
For now, to fix it on your site, I update code in class-frontend.php file in the rank-math plugin folder.
The meta tags are now showing on the frontend. Can you please confirm?
