No access to closed tickets

    Because the other two tickets have sensitive data, I’m not able to access them and change them to resolve. Please change the status for my other two tickets to resolve. I have determined what was causing my Rank Math program to freeze. It was solely that the keyword I was using was too long and it was freezing up.

    Please try to log out and log in again into your rankmath.com account and see if you can access those tickets of yours. You may also try a different browser.

    With that said, I have marked your previous two tickets as “Resolved” as you requested.
