Create new redirect url out of 404 monitor doesn't work - Support

For me I recognized the create new redirect link out of the 404 monitor page doesn’t work. It’s a wrong link that doesn’t show up the right page. Instead of that I get an hosting provider info page.

Hi Michael,

thanks for coming back. No, the health of the site is pretty good and no plugins are causing any issues. I recognized following as there are two different types of urls in the 404 monitor, for example:

a) /this/is/a/demo.php (working well and takes me to the redirect page)
b) https://mydomain.com/this/is/a/demo.php (won’t work)
