Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math today, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Could you please check whether you have any other plugin installed on your setup? Rank Math does not support forwarding pages using the query parameter. Also, if the plugin isn’t installed, try disabling the Rank Math plugin to see whether the problem persists.
If we talk about the issue with the sitemap, Could you please flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/xXXhDt
That should fix the issue related to sitemap.
I hope this information is helpful, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any additional support.
Thank you.
Thanks for the feedback

i have this message : An error occurred while trying to access your sitemap.
Hello,
When we try to access that sitemap via Googlebot we can see that it’s getting blocked and returning a 403 error.
Please check your firewall to make sure that nothing is preventing the Googlebot from crawling that page.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
there was a big problem with my host and it’s fixed you can try
thank you
Hello,
It seems like your issue has been resolved. Please try to submit the sitemap_index.xml to the search console and see if it accepts the sitemap this time.
If it doesn’t then please flush your sitemap cache. Navigate to Rank Math > Sitemap Settings and change the Links Per Sitemap as shown below:
Click on Save Changes located at the bottom of the page. Once you’ve saved the settings, head over to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Settings > Permalinks.
Simply hit the Save Changes button once even if you didn’t make any changes on the page.
This will flush the permalinks setting.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

Hello the problem exist thanks
Hello,
After further checking, the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml) is not mentioned in your robots.txt instead you mentioned the subsets of your sitemaps. Please refer to this screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/9pogrC
Please remove those sitemaps and only mention the primary sitemap. You can configure your robots.txt file with the help of Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-edit-robots-txt-with-rank-math/
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hello
Thanks for the feedback and thanks for the enlightenment
I will redo my robots.txt
I inform you that the problem of my sitemap is solved and I could send it in the GSc with success
the problem I had was not only with the sitemap but also because of a CDN publisher that I don’t want to mention its name
Thanks again
