Upon doing so, it should bring you the post/page where you have used the same focus keyword.
If the issue still persists after verifying that the keywords are unique within your site, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

I checked and figured out that there was an entry for a post with the same keyword in your database:
I removed the keyword from that entry to resolve the issue.

Hoever, did you just delete the one duplication, because I am certina this isnt a result of individual duplication. I believe the whole database is duplicated. Maybe this could be a result of the export of the site from my previous theme to the current theme ?

Hello,
It seems like some old posts that no longer exist on your site, still have entries in your database’s postmeta table. You can check and manually delete them from your database to avoid such issues in the future.

You can use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-database-cleaner/ to clean your database of old and unwanted entries.
Please make sure to take a backup of your site before the clean-up.

Blimey, thanks Jaideep, looks great and could be great for the performance of mysite as the database problably hasnt been cleaned in 6 years but I never even realised it was necessary or how to do it.
A backup isnt a problem as my site is backed up everyday anyway however, if something is deleted that I need will I know about it straight away or could the effects show days / weeks later? This doesnt mention anything about duplicates either, will it remove the duplicates.
Also does it actually delete unnecessary stuff or show me a list and give me the option to delete it ? Giving me the option might sound good but in reality it isn’t good because I would not be confident I know what is safe to delete and what isn’t ?

It shows you a list of things that aren’t required and are still in your database. You can simply select them and remove them from your database. You can install the plugin and check what options it has to help you cleaning your database.
