‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’ constant should be set to false on your wp-config.php file. Please make this change and let us know if the problem is still reproduced.

I think we deviated from the original problem, which was the malfunction of the Search Console module.
Regarding the issue of temporary access to the administrator, I think I prefer to find the problem by myself and know how to solve it. Otherwise I must give them access every time I have a problem.
