Problems with structured data and variable prices from Easy Digital Download - Support

Yesterday I posted a ticket asking for help but it has disappeared, I guess it has not passed moderation… I do not know why, it is a real problem, it is not spam. I try to ask for help again.

When I enable variable prices in EDD, in structured data there is an error because it seems that the array index is added as a schema property. I attach an image using the tool that you recommend.

Translation of errors that appear in the image:
0 – Google does not recognize property 0 as an object of type Offer
1 – Google does not recognize property 1 as an object of type Offer
Price – A value is required for the price field

Anu solution? Can it be fixed in future versions?

Could you please make sure you follow this guideline: https://rankmath.com/kb/rich-snippets/#easy-digital-downloads-schema to configure schema for your EDDs?

If this still doesn’t help, please share your site WP and FTP access as requested in previous reply so we can check into this further

Hi, thanks for your help.

I have seen the guide that you have given me and I have everything well configured.

The problem appears when I activate the variable prices option in Easy Digital Download, since the structured data automatically gives an error. It seems that it is a bug in the code because the index of the php array (0, 1, 2, 3…) is inserted as structured data.

In the first message I put a link to an image so that you have an example. Also in the sensitive data area I put a link to my website so that you can test it in Google’s structured data tool.
