I am getting 403 Forbidded error when I try to fetch the Sitemap using CURL tool: https://onlinecurl.com/
Can you please contact your server team and ask them if they are blocking it?
If you could share your WP logins, I would love to take a look at the Settings on your site, although I don’t think there is anything wrong in the Settings.

All the Settings on your site looks ok to me. It seems like your server is blocking the Sitemap. Please contact your server team and ask if they are blocking it. You can show them the Screenshot I added in the Sensitive Data Section which shows 403 Forbidden error on Sitemap link when I checked it in the CURL Tool

The CURL tool now sees the sitemap.
However, the GSC still doesn’t
There is no problem on the server side as I had another sitemap that was ok very recently, there is no cache on the server, no firewall

this is really a GSC specific problem probably due to the new console and new things to adapt in he sitemap
As you will see with the very last screenshot in the private area, I submitted the sitemap in Bing and it’s been completely accepted there

Since Bing accepted the Sitemap, the sitemap loads in the browser, we believe the Google Search Console is not able to reach your server. We suggest contacting Google as the sitemap does contain URLs and Rank Math is outputting it correctly.

Google is changing its version of the console which means seo tool developers need to look carefully that the compatibility remains…

Could you please switch to the old GSC temporarily and see if you get the same error message? If not, this is nothing to worry about as the new GSC has been throwing tantrums for almost every sitemap plugin out there. It goes away on its own in a couple of days.
Please let us know if that is not the case with you.
