Site down when I connect Rankmath

    Good Morning.
    Yesterday I downloaded your excellent plugin and removed Yoast because I wanted to test yours since it is so well spoken.
    I was just thinking about subscribing for a year when I came to my site today and says

    I’ve done everything that appears in your procedure:
    https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/was-not-able-to-open-site-after-activating-the-plugin/

    At this point the problem exists only when I open the seo-by-rank-math plugin (if the ftp renames it to //_seo-by-rank-math the site opens without some kind of debug).

    I have updated plugins and themes all 100% ok.

    I would like to know if you can help me because I was loving this plugin and I really want to subscribe today.

    It would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Only the site admin would know, and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section for us to investigate further.

    good afternoon yesterday i did everything you said to do invluvise what you are going to explain down here. I turned off all plugins and only with your plugin it always gave an error. the theme and the Divi and yesterday I sent the access data (so you can test it). Everything is 100% updated. can they help?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

    I checked your site’s configuration, and some PHP values are too low and which you should increase. Please contact your hosting team and ask them to set the following values:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

    And that should fix it. If the issue persists, please also provide FTP access in the designated Sensitive Data section to investigate further.

    It is to say that it worked and is currently working at 100% my hosting increase more limited memory and result. As you can see, everything is ok.
