    Hello, I purchased your product believing it was a one-year plan for around €90, but I have been charged €100 per month instead. I may have misunderstood, but this situation is very disappointing and frustrating for me. I kindly request a refund for the total amount I have paid so far, starting from the first month and the first invoice. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

    Please note that you have purchased the Content AI plan, valid for 1 year. This plan comes with a 15-day trial of Rank Math PRO, and once that trial ends, you will automatically be charged for its annual subscription unless you cancel it.

    We see that your recent transaction with us has already been refunded. The same shall be reflected in your payment source in 5-7 business days if you’re using a credit card. Refunds might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement if a debit card is used. For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    Thank you for your response. I’m still a bit confused, as I originally purchased the plugin for 1 year at around €80, but I noticed that I was also being charged approximately €100 every month. I don’t quite understand this, since I believed the contract was for a full year.

    I have already canceled the renewal and received the refund, which I appreciate. However, the AI feature is no longer working. What I would really like to clarify is whether I will still have access to Content AI for the remainder of the year that I initially purchased.

    This is the message that now appears in my wp-admin:
    “Your Content AI credits have been fully used up. You can wait until 2025-08-25 12:00am for your credits to refresh or upgrade to continue enjoying uninterrupted content creation.”

    The charge is not a monthly recurring charge. Here are your two recent transactions with us:

    Main purchase: Content AI Starter (with 15-day trial of the Rank Math PRO)
    – @ $59.88 valid for one year

    Renewal transaction: Rank Math PRO (refunded)
    – @ 101.48 valid for one year
    – Only initiated after the 15-day trial unless you cancel it

    No other transactions followed.

    As for your AI credits issue, we checked your account and we can confirm that you have used up all the AI credits you have. Please note that each usage in the Content AI feature is triggered by a user action and is logged in the History tab. Credits will be consumed regardless of whether you use the generated content or not. You can see how the credits are used in your WP Dashboard → Rank Math → Content AI → History tab.

    You’ll have to wait until the 25th of this month for your AI credits to renew.

    Since you didn’t canceled the PRO trial on time, Rank Math automatically renewed the subscription.
