Zero Impressions

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Rank Math dashboard showing zero impressions, clicks, total keywords, and average position. It sounds like you’ve already taken some steps to troubleshoot by disconnecting and reconnecting your account.

Here are a few additional steps you can take to resolve this issue:

1. Check if Rank Math SEO Account is Connected: Ensure that your website is connected with the Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the My Account area, then clicking on the Websites tab to see if your site is listed.
   

2. Refresh Tokens: If your website is connected correctly but still shows zero data, it might be due to expired authorization tokens. You can refresh these tokens by deleting the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions and then reconnecting it. Here’s how:

   • Go to Google Account permissions.
   • Remove access to Rank Math SEO.
     

3. Wait for Data to Populate: After reconnecting, it may take some time for the data to start populating in your dashboard again. Please allow a few hours or even a day for the metrics to update.

You should be able to see these Google Search Console data even in the free version of the Rank Math plugin.

In case you’re still not able to see the data, please try following the steps mentioned in this guide and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

You have an old Rank Math PRO subscription which have already ended for a very long time.

Since the PRO plugin has already been removed from your website, try reconnecting your Rank Math account again by following this guide.

Also, reconnect your Google account. Remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Then, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect the Google service and this time, ensure that all permissions are checked:
