    Your plugin charged 71.88 from my account, but I did not order this service. Your plugin is not working properly with the Pro version — it is not compatible with other plugins. I kindly ask you to refund the money that was deducted from my account. I do not need the Pro version. I like your plugin, but I don’t need the Pro version or the AI Start version either. Please refund my money.
    I can’t remove my own card from my account, and I can’t choose what I want to pay for and what I don’t. Right now, I don’t want to pay for anything, and I want you to refund my money.

    We don’t see any recent charge or renewal in your account.

    But it’s also possible that you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
