    Hi! I got this email about a payment issue but there is no subscription or notification of any kind when I log in.

    Subject: [Important!] Sean Frank, your payment for subscription to “Rank Math Agency” failed.

    My name is not Sean Frank but that is the name of the owner of this agency I work at. The email was sent to me directly.

    When I go to the invoices section I see items in German for some reason so I don’t understand that. Then when I follow your guides to view subscriptions to buy, it shows me all sorts of other software other than RankMath.

    It appears we are using RankMath for free right now despite being on the Agency level. Seems something is wrong with your platform as none of this makes sense.

    Hello,

    The Rank Math Agency subscription has already ended due to failed payment for its renewal.

    You’ll have to contact the person who handled the subscription.

    However, since the subscription has already ended, and if you want to continue using the PRO features of our plugin, you’ll have to purchase a new one from here: https://rankmath.com/pricing/
