Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please make sure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (http or https, www or non-www).
Then, please make sure that the Google account you used to connect your Google Search Console profile is the same one you have used to verify your domain on GSC.
If it still doesn’t work, we have found that using a different Google account to verify your domain and connect your website usually works. Or, you can try using the Google Site Kit if it still won’t work and disable the Search Console inside Rank Math by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard

I am following this thread having experienced similar issues. I have managed to verify the site but it is not appearing in the search console in the search console profile dropdown.
I initially had inadvertently verified the site using my personal gmail account but have now used the correct one and un-verified and re-verified the site.
The drop down is still empty.
You have suggested the Google Site Kit. Do you have any more adive on using this method?

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please add s******@r*********** to your site GSC then create a new ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

This is now resolved, thank you anyway. It looks like the site was not authenticated with the right user – no idea why that was.
