Could you try to create another Search Console account and verify the property using that new account, after that try to link that Search Console with Rank Math? If it works that way, it would help us to determine the cause of the issue.

It seems there no site has been verified in GSC with the account you are using to connect. Please head over to Google Search Console and verify your account as a domain owner of your site.

Once done you can come back and authorize in Rank math with the account you have verified with.

I authorized your a test site and it appeared perfectly in the drop-down on your site, so there is no problem with Rank math Authorization. Could you please try using a different google account to authorize.
