A colleague of mine wanted to ask you a question about a message that appeared on the site, you told him that you could combine my email with his so that he could have access to support.
You sent me an email saying if it was okay to merge our accounts, and I was fine with that, but you never told me that my account was going to be deleted. Now my account is listed as non-existent, when I made the purchase, and I can’t access my license panel, see my billing, nothing.
