    I’ve searched the forum and tried all of the suggested fixes (installed Health Check and Troubleshooting, deactivated all other plugins, changed to a default theme, ran the setup wizard again) and I’m still running into this issue.

    I’m able to make it through the basic setup without an issue. It’s when I try to set up the advanced options, I make it 5 or 6 steps in and get this error. I’m also seeing it if I go to Plugins > Rank Math > Settings.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks for the quick response here! I can see that Rank Math is up and running now, but I’m not able to add a redirect.

    I’m in Manage Redirections and I’ve added a new redirection, trying to redirect any traffic that goes to our cart straight to checkout. So I’ve put /cart in the source URL and /cfcheckout in the destination and when I save it just drops me back into the Manage Redirections screen with no redirections in there. Refresh and it’s still empty.

    I was able to set up that redirect by just adding it manually to the .htaccess file. Not sure why the redirections section of Rank Math wasn’t working for me, but technically this issue is resolved since I do have that redirect up and running now.

    Hi Chris,

    It is more than likely that there was some issue while installing the plugin.

    You can delete it and install it again without losing any data.

    If you are still not able to add a redirect after that, please share your logins once again so we can take a closer look and find a solution.
