Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
Rank math has an option to import your settings and met from Yoast and therefore no settings should be lost in the process. To import from Yoast, the option should appear while going through Rankmath setup wizard and can still be accessed any time by heading to Rank math > Status & Tools > Import & Export
