Once you import your settings from Yoast, Rank Math will not delete any data from Yoast or make any changes to the whole website. Major SEO functions of Rank Math are almost the same as Yoast so other functions of your site will not be affected.

If you are unsure, you can always make a backup of your site/database before migrating.
