is it obbligatory to update the articles

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
Importing from Yoast will automatically import all the SEO data of the post as you have optimized in Yoast. You can import the settings with Rank math form the plugin importers section in Rank math > Status & Tools > Import & Export
However to update the score shown, you might have to to update the individual posts as some of the scripts to generate the score only run when the post is in edit mode and published.
