Yoast Block Converter Missing

    You will notice a Yoast FAQ on our website homepage (link below). There are several FAQ blocks through out the site.

    I ran through the migration process as described by your KB https://rankmath.com/kb/yoast-seo-migration/ .

    However, as illustrated by the image loaded to imgbb, the Yoast Block Converter is missing.

    I also deactivated caching (Breeze) and redirection plugins and ran through the wizard multiple times.

    What am I doing wrong? Can you please help?

    The Yoast Block Converter Tool will only show if you have created FAQ blocks with Yoast.

    If the button is still not showing on your end, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Sorry, due to client confidentiality I could not grant you access to other website.

    However, I am facing the same issue on a personal site below. The Yoast FAQ block is on homepage.

    Hello,

    On the website, you shared the issue is happening because the option rank_math_yoast_block_posts has zero posts inside it so our plugin is not seeing the posts with the Yoast blocks.

    You need to delete this option completely from the database and make sure it’s not regenerating.

    After that you can import the Yoast blocks by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export.

    This should create this option with the posts where there are Yoast blocks so that those can be converted.

    Hi Miguel, I tried to delete the option from the database using phpMyAdmin multiple times. It just keeps reappearing. Anything else that can be done?

    I was able to activate both seo plugins at the same time.

    Then I went to each FAQ block and clicked to convert it to rank math faq.
