Year and date URL from blog post redirecting to home page

    hello,

    I’ve been tearing my hair out on this one and hope you can help.

    I thought this was a permalinks issue, but I was able to solve my issue by disabling Rank Math.

    My permalinks are setup as:

    /%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/

    If I view a post, the address is correct:

    http://example.com/2023/01/post-name/

    However, if I go back to the year or month sub-levels of the URL I’m redirected back to the home page, instead of seeing an archive.

    e.g.
    http://example.com/2023/01
    goes to
    http://example.com/

    If I turn off Rank Math, http://example.com/2023/01 works fine
    I also have another site with a similar setup (without Rank Math) that doesn’t have this problem.

    I’ve tried re-saving permalinks, turning off caching, and rewriting the htaccess file.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    This usually happens when the date archives option is disabled.

    To fix this, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Misc Pages and enable the Date Archives as this option is disabled by default
