    hello folks,
i am new here and set up rank math yesterday.

    I have currently 2 issues:

I checked my site speed and appearence of my site on a service provide site and they noticed that there is no xml-sitemap found.
I cancelled the google sitemap plug in due to rankmath which shall include thjis tool as well.
    can you check this please?

second, I nearly have just a few clicks although on 7 pages the Seo is good, and further I have much mor 404 site error counters and dont know from which site this comes and how to fix this. cause there souldnt be any pages with 404 errors online.

    thank you so much
    Reijk

  • Hello,

Thank you for trying Rank Math for your business and we at Rank Math wishes you a good SEO result using our plugin.

We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused. For the first problem, I can see the sitemap and it’s working perfectly fine (https://eternal-healer.com/?sitemap=1). Only issue is the sitemap is being served via cache and that might cause issue. We have an article which will help you in fixing this: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
As I can see you’re using W3 Total Cache, I’ll follow all the steps written here: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/#w3-total-cache

For the second part of the issue, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Your sitemap appears to be working perfectly fine. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

It’s not guranteed that your URLs will rank better on Google. Since it’s completely depends on how and which strategy you’re following for your SEO.

However, If the CTR is low, the impressions and positions will decrease if there are fewer clicks on the search results.

You can follow this guide to improve your CTR:
    https://neilpatel.com/blog/improve-organic-click-rate/

I have much mor 404 site error counters and dont know from which site this comes and how to fix this. cause there souldnt be any pages with 404 errors online.

In most cases, they can be bot, hitting on random URLs.

Please note that we only report the 404s. We do not have information on how or why they are generated. You can get further insight into them by enabling the advanced monitor.

That will give you more information like referrer and user-agent. You can use that information to track down the source or find out if it is just bots generating those errors.

You can fix these errors by redirecting them to a related page on your website:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-404-errors/

Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.
