I suspected this may be the case so thank you for clarifying.
I have reactivated the Wicked Folders plugin however the quick edit button still does not show a box to edit the page’s robots and the sitemap only displays three pages. Additionally, on some of my pages, my rank math settings have disappeared. How can I add Screenshots here to show you what I mean?
There is a bar with Rank Math on it but when I click on the arrow to show the settings nothing appears.

Did Wicked Folder team tell you how to safely deactivate their plugin without running into the fatal error. It looks like the issue starts with it since in the database you only have 3 index-able pages, but the wicked folder listing says something else.

I am currently waiting for a response from Wicked Folders.
https://imgur.com/a/jbURwom – I Have uploaded screenshots of the other issues in case I haven’t been clear in writing. The Rank Math Settings disappear from cloned pages, as you can see when the arrow is clicked no settings show.
Just to confirm, do you believe this also to be an error with Wicked Folders, not Rank Math?
Hopefully they will come back to me soon as I really need to sort this.

It’s highly likely that the plugin is causing this too, as some dependencies are not loaded as expected.

I got this response from ‘Wicked Folders’ – Wicked Folders doesn’t alter the pages in any way that would impact their indexing (the only thing it does it associate pages with virtual folders).
Also, I have since re-tried the process of deactivating the plugin and the fatal error hasn’t come up but the rank math problem persists.
I really need to resolve this what are the next steps?

Could this linked to the Sitemap error also?
As far as I am aware the pages were cloned as normal but I think they were clones on already cloned pages. Sorry I can’t be more help on that

Yes it is linked to the sitemap issue.
A possible fix will be to check and remove the invalid schema and robots data related to your pages content types.
Could you please do a complete database backup, so we may go on to delete this data.

Are you able to tell me what removing this could mean?
Are you removing this rata from the broken pages? Or from the whole site?
Does this mean we will have to input all of the rank math optimisation data for each page again?

Hello,
We will only remove the malformed schemas and robots for the pages. What this means is that, for the pages whose robots have been removed, they will fallback to using rankmaths default robots, and for the pages whose malformed schemas will be removed, they will fallback to using rankmaths pages default schema.
