  • Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Try the same logins but the alternative host, we’re using a reserve IP so it could be that?

    Hello,

Still not able to access the server, could it be possible, that you have blocked some IPs?

See the errors I’m getting; (In the sensitive data area)

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

I raised this with Gridpane who haven’t been much help but I’ve gone back to them again.

Can you try the original host IP address again please?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Sorry to say but we still can’t access your FTP. We are still prompted with an “Access denied” error.

We tried using all the provided hosts in the sensitive data section.

Can you please verify this further from your end?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Thanks for your patience, I have reset and updated the password.

You should now be able to access the FTP.

Let me know if you have any further issues.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

We went through all the pages (55), and it looks like only 4 are indexable, the rest are set to noindex the reason they don’t show.

    all index: 3705, 1860, 1694, 196
    some noindex + more:4364, 4337, 4331, 3611, 3608, 3586, 2802, 2793

See a detailed dump of the page ids and their respective robots at https://i.rankmath.com/v/hbmQPN

    Thank you.

    Hello Nicholas,

Thanks for getting back to me.

In the rank math settings, they are set to index though, so how can I resolve this?

    Thanks,
    Catherine

    Hello,

The listing at https://www.medwayplumbingandheating.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page&orderby=rank_math_seo_score&order=asc, might not show the accurate entries, and when I try to edit the page individually RankMath fails to load.

On the pages listing page, the quick edit button should show a box to edit the page’s robots but it doesn’t.

Could you please revert to the ordinary WP Core post listing view, flush rewrite rules and edit the robots from the quick edit option.

After that, you may switch back to the custom listing, and everything should work as expected.

    Thank you.

    Okay,

I have deactivated the ‘Wicked Folders’ plugin thinking this would revert to the ordinary WP Core post listing but now when I go to pages, I can’t see the pages and instead get this message: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’

Is there a different way I should be going about this?

    I have also done this:
Step 1: In the main admin menu find “Settings > Permalinks”.
Step 2: Scroll down if needed and click “Save Changes”.
Step 3: Rewrite rules and permalinks are flushed.

Is this the correct way of flushing the rewrite rules?

    Hello,

    Yes, this should be the correct way;

    I have also done this:
Step 1: In the main admin menu find ā€œSettings > Permalinksā€.
Step 2: Scroll down if needed and click ā€œSave Changesā€.
Step 3: Rewrite rules and permalinks are flushed.

Is this the correct way of flushing the rewrite rules?

About the reported error, related to Laravel-dd, that must have happened when I was debugging, but I deleted the plugin when I was done.

About uninstalling and the critical error, could you please reach out to ā€˜Wicked Foldersā€™ plugin TM, see if they have a safe way to deactivate and reactivate their plugin.

    Thank you
