    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Your sitemap_index.xml redirects to a coming soon page.

Please check if you have enabled the sitemap module in the Rank Math dashboard.

Also, make sure you have set your posts/pages to index so that they appear in the sitemap.

I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings.

Please share the pages you have set as index recently and which are not appearing in the sitemap.

Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I tried logging in to your site but unfortunately, it is redirecting me to some other page. (Please check screencast in the sensitive data section)

Can you please check and share the correct details.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Sorry now it works

    Hello,

    Thank you for following up.

I’ve checked your sitemap, and it still redirects to the coming soon page. Could you please also check your website’s root directory if you have a static file with the same name as your sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml)? You should FTP into your server and remove the file.

However, it seems that you are using NGINX for your website. Please add the code in the link below to your Nginx config file:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-sitemap-issues/#nginx-server-error

If you need assistance, please ask your hosting support to add it for you.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

Hey, thanks for your Answer. I take a look at the server but I can’t find a File like this in the Root. The only File I found named sitemaps.php is located in /wordpress/wp-includes. For the Nginx File I have create a Ticket at my Hosting Support.

Ok the NGINX should be configured

    Hello,

Accessing your https://domain.com/sitemap_index.xml still redirects us to a coming soon page.

You need to disable this feature as it could be affecting your sitemap. Once you have, your sitemap_index.xml should be generating.

I hope this helps you with your issue.

Ok I have found the problem. I want to let you know about it.
The sitemap file has not changed because we use Cloudflare and have not cleared the cache. Then the support of the hosting provider probably made a mistake with the NGINX file and then redirected the sitemap to a completely different page. After I undid the NGINX settings and cleared the cache from Cloudflare, the sitemap was displayed again. After that I put a new page on index to test if it is added directly to the sitemap. It was not. Only after I have reset the Cloudflare cache again. Means I must always empty the Cloudflare cache with each new page so that the sitemap is displayed correctly.

    Thanks for your help.

    Cheers
