    I’ve submitted the sitemap to the google search console. It seems that this xml is not being indexed due to a “nonindex” being detected in the http-header ‘X-Robots-Tag’. How can I fix this?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It is completely normal for the sitemap file to be set to noindex since no one would like their sitemap file to appear on the SERP.
    I have also tested your sitemap file on this online tool and no errors are detected https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html
    Please login to your search console, delete the current sitemap and submit a new one. The correct URL should be https://domain.com/sitemap_index.xml
