We’re using Rank math and have uploaded the sitemap to Google search console. It appears all the pages are indexed on Google, but theyre not showing up when googling “Dibea” og “Dibea støvsuger” etc. This is content we absolutely should show on, and there are not a high competition on these words so we should be able to get good search results here.
Is there a way to fix this?

Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing with your website’s content not showing in search engines. Thank you for providing details about your situation.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:
-
Check for Manual Actions: Go to your Google Search Console and check the Manual Actions report. If there are any penalties listed, that could explain why your pages are not appearing in search results.
-
Content Quality: Ensure that the content on your pages is high-quality, original, and provides value to users. Google prioritizes valuable content, so if your pages have low content value or are thin on information, they may not rank well.
- Consider merging thin content with other related content to create more comprehensive pages.
- Improve the overall quality of your content by ensuring it is engaging and informative.
-
Check for Duplicate Content: If you have duplicate content on your site, Google may struggle to determine which version to index. Use canonical tags to indicate the preferred version of your content.
-
Sitemap Submission: Since you’ve already submitted your sitemap, ensure that it is correctly formatted and includes all relevant pages. You can find your sitemap at `https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-change-canonical-url/.
-
Patience with New Sites: If your website is relatively new, it may take some time for Google to fully index all pages. Be patient as this process can sometimes take a few weeks.
-
Use Instant Indexing: If you have a Rank Math PRO subscription, consider using the Instant Indexing feature to submit your URLs directly to search engines.
If you’ve checked all these aspects and still face issues, please reply to this ticket with any specific error messages or additional details about your site, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
We hope this helps you get your content visible in search results soon!

Hello,
Please note that ranking for keywords on Google depends on so much more than just your on-page optimization. You could have the perfect article and still struggle to break the top 10 in SERPs. Here are some of the factors Google considers when ranking you:
1. Your website’s authority
2. Your content’s quality and how better it is than the other article currently ranking.
3. How competitive the keyword is.
4. How many backlinks you have and if they are better than what the other guys ranking for that keyword have.
5. Your website’s crawlability.
6. Frequency of new content and content updates.
7. So much more that there is a dedicated blog post on it by Brian Dean 🙂 https://backlinko.com/google-ranking-factorsWe would recommend that you keep at it and work on acquiring more links to break into the top SERPs. Here are a few resources we think you will find useful while devising an SEO strategy.

Yes we understand this. But for these keywords there are basically no search results. Because we are the only one selling this product in Norway. And we are not showing up at all for the google searches for for instance “Dibea Swift støvsuger” Which is our “keyword” as we named the product Swift. We have a partner that includes us in the their article about vacuum cleaners, and this page shows up for the resutls, but i think its really strange and bad that our shop doesnt even when we basically own the keyword explained above
Hello,
Even when you’re the only seller of a product, Google might not instantly recognize your page as the most relevant, especially if your domain is still building authority or if the exact keyword isn’t clearly emphasized on the page. We recommend ensuring that the product name like “Dibea Swift støvsuger” appears naturally in the page title, headings, and throughout the content. Also, reinforcing the page with internal links using that phrase can help signal its importance.
It can take some time before Google adjusts rankings, but with the right on-page signals and a bit of reinforcement, your page should start appearing where it should.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.
